Hello, I have a complaint against Terry Communications which is a mobile dealer and unfortuantely made me purchase a product of Rs 18000. on 20 jutly 2011 around 23:57 i tried to withdraw 10,000 Rs. from Bank Of Baroda Atm(Star paper mill ,Saharanpur)(atm id-1FDSAHO3).I received a slip which shows the message of TRANSACTION DECLINED and UNABLE TO PROCESS.But amount is deducted from my account .When i contacted to my home branch, they asked me to wait for a week,so i did that.Still i didn't get that money.Then i filed a written complaint to manager. My motercycle battery was submitted in service centre(patna)for last 5 month for claim,my claim number is 14194.whenever I talked to service center they said after 2-3 days your battery will comes.Before 15 dayswhen I reached in service centre and ask about battery they again told after two days,then i told what is this every time you said two days,then they told you can go in consumer cort,I will not give u battery.I found my battery before 5 days but I am very heart about their language.
