I was using Airtel Broadband connection for the past two years without any problem, the connection is in my name VIMAL, phone# 040-42006381. I was one of the valued customer in most of the Airtel products since I liked their customer service. Reliance Netconnect - Hi-Speed 1X USB Modem Net Speed is only up to 20kbps not 153.6kbps I recently taken Reliance Net connection i,e., Hi-Speed 1X USB Modem at Nizamabad, A.P, where I purchased it only for Hi speed of up to 153kbps.
